In 1857, Jean Neuhaus opened his shop in Galerie de la Reine in Brussels. A few years later, the praline and the ballotin gift box were invented. Fast forward more than 150 years and creativity is still central to Neuhaus’ activities, driving the development of new recipes, shapes and tastes that enrich a collection composed of great classics such as the Caprices and Tentation, as well as numerous limited edition pralines.

Neuhaus has given its shops a facelift, decorating them with brown and coral red colours and noble materials to conjure up a very chocolatey and luxurious atmosphere with a dynamic and contemporary touch.
